iOS Conf SG

About Us

The Grand Gathering of Apple Developers in Southeast Asia

Since 2015, iOS Conf SG has been where Apple developers from across Southeast Asia and beyond come together. People travel to Singapore from Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, Australia and much further away, to spend a few days learning from each other and catching up with friends from across the region.

2027 is our 12th edition. It starts with a hands-on workshop day on Foundation Models and Swift, followed by two days of talks on Swift, SwiftUI and the rest of Apple’s platforms.

“…the largest iOS conference in south-east Asia.”
Paul Hudson, Hacking with Swift

In 2021, the Swift Community Awards run by Hacking with Swift named iOS Conf SG Best Conference. The award recognised the online events we ran during the pandemic, and the years we’d spent bringing the community together before that. We were shortlisted again in 2022.

Everyone on the team is a volunteer. We also run iOS Dev Scout, the meetup Subh started back in 2011.

iOS Dev Scout came first. Subh started the meetup in 2011, four years before the first iOS Conf SG, and it’s still going. Come along to one.
